How many of you keep a diary?

Yep, one for work and general everyday stuff.

Also have personal one (word doc) which I've had since 16 or so, which is for the few times a year I need a good rant about something depressing, i.e. what people sometimes use this forum for.

No, no-one would ever be interested in what was in it, and 4 weeks after I died one of my kids would chuck it all in the bin along with my pipe and worthers originals.

Even I wouldn't read it. Why waste my life writing it?

Dear diary,

Today I woke up late, threw on my work clothes, stuffed my face with breaksfast and left for work in a rush.
in the evening I cooked tea and sat down to read Overclockers, then fell asleep at the keyboard around midnight.

Rinse and repeat that and you'd soon be bored of reading!

So no I don't, as I have meat and two veg, unlike jed_lether

Dear Diary,

Today I was pompous and my sister was crazy. Today we were kidnapped by hill-folk, never to be seen again. It was the best day ever.

Just watched that episode today :)

I keep my appointments and such in my iphone calendar, synced to all my other PCs/laptops/etc, as I've noticed I'm becoming increasingly forgetful about what I've got planned.

I've got a small diary now for 2011, more to keep track of appointments, tasks and things off the top of my head - I usually take a bag with me these days, so it's no real burden. I just hate it when I think of something while I'm out and promptly forget about it.
I use a big A4 diary at work to do the same thing, but that's got stuff in it that can't leave the office.

I've tried doing a blog, but I can't summon up the enthusiasm to post that much. I don't think my life is that exciting that other people want to read about it. Twitter and Facebook is enough for me really.
