I still need to own a Varadero at some point in my life. Almost got one as my first bike as all other 125s are too small for me but ended up with a CBF. They're pretty expensive compared to your standard 125 and I wasn't ever going to stay with a small bike for that long.

Aged 46 0years NCB
Passed test in 1988 but haven't ridden for last 7 years
BMW R1200GS Adventure Triple Black
Full Comp £160 (£250 Excess) with Bennetts Additions.

Full Euro Breakdown
Ride any bike
Legal Expenses
Leathers/helmet upto £1500
Full pillion cover
Luggage cover
Personal accident cover
7000 miles a year
Garaged and has BMW Alarm and Immobiliser fitted.

I got a quote for the VFR from Bennett additions like the poster above, and it came out at £108.
I stuck breakdown on it and it bumped it up to £144 which I didn't think was too bad.

Got my renewal in for my ZR 7

31 years old, 1 year NCB
Test passed 16/11/2016
4000 miles a year
Garaged
TPFT

£170.06

A whole £52 less than my YBR 125 was to insure, plus by going to an annual instead of my current monthly period, I will be saving over £60 annually, so I think I'll do this.

1999 Suzuki GSXR750 Srad
£98 a year FC with £200 excess.

2 years since pass bike test
8K miles
96 Honda CBR600F not garaged, no security devices declared

Newest renewal from last week

28
2 years NCB
18 months full licence
10k miles
SV650S
Parked on drive, no security declared
£150 TPFT inc protected NCB

Didn't even have to shop around my previous insurer Wicked quotes gave me a renewal £30 cheaper than any other company could come in at.

51 yrs old
Zero NCB
Test passed 89
CB1000R
Garaged - no security declared

£506 FC £500 excess with Carol Nash

Breakdown/helmet/clothes cover inc

Not too bad considering

Should update this:

35, licence held for 2 years, 1 zero value accident, clean licence.

CB400:
Fully comp
10k miles
2 years NCD
Driveway
SDP & commuting
£97.91

Tuono:
Fully comp
5000 miles
1 year NCD
Driveway
SDP & commuting
£500.97

Both through wicked quotes. The tuono should come down come renewal as it will be garaged and with 2 years NCD. But the cb400 will probably be replaced with a vfr800 5th green so that will be £150-200 to insure.
