How much have you spent with OCUK?

well it hard to tell over the 8 years i been using them i bet over 5k and another 2-3k other places but then not keeping track :) and not buying as much as I used to now =]

Surprised by that, thought it would be around 1k mark. For my last built I gave myself a budget of £900 but only spent £560 at the end :D
 
£883.90 Much less than I thought, probably because the laptops have never been particularly competitive for the models I wanted, so they've always been purchased elsewhere. It may go up a bit in 2011, as its getting close to new desktop and monitor time, but it will depend on prices at the time.
 
£3k+ Includes buying stuff for work. That is over 7 Years though!

With any company, losing 1 customer can mean losing more than just the potential income from that buyer - many people get asked for recommendations (I know I do).

To be honest, I don't think that big, already established retail businesses really worry about customer "churn" and brand loyalty as much as say, a small start up, as it doesn't really have such an impact on the bottom line. Do Tesco really care if you never shop there again? :p

Saying that, Sky seem to be an exception, they are hell-bent on getting their kit into every household in the world (ominous IMO).

£800.12 since I started buying from OCUK in jan

Total spent this year on computer components etc would be about £1200 for the year
