How much is all this worth to sell 2nd hand as one package

Sorry to break it to you but price checks are not allowed on the boards outside of the price check forum. To get to that you have to have Members' Market access, which you don't have.

It's not allowed HERE because it goes elsewhere. You've not been granted MM access yet so you are inadvertently SOL.
