Wow the guys is not offering to buy it from you for nothing, he has plans clearly, hes going to make a fortune and your going to be CUT out for a measly £100-300 quid.

At the minute I'm thinking the best thing to do would be kind of a hybrid of the suggestions here.

IE, Tell him I reckon it's worth X amount, but then offer to sell for half price on the condition I get 50% of the sites revenue for X years (3?).

That way I get a few quid up front AND dont get ripped off if he earns a fortune. :)

Still don't know why you want to just get rid for so little.

Did you make the suggestion to him that you wanted to sell it or him to you about buying?

I'd keep 100% of it, get google adsense on it, get some more mods on the forum and sit back.
