How much should it cost to replace break shoes on a yaris

Hi chaps how much should a garage charge me to replace my break shoes in a yaris mk1 i just had a quote of £80 plus parts costs is that resonable or exspensive.
I dont know prices as i have always had mates who will do the work on there Drive.

Seems pretty reasonable. Its the parts that can get expensive when dealing with drums.

Ah yes, I was thinking of the full kit.


And by the time rear shoes have worn down it isn't a bad idea to replace other components such as hydraulic cylinders and perhaps even the rear sections of handbrake cable. All these things deteriorate over time and it is often far cheaper overall to do the lot all in one go.
