Everyone at work says i sleep too much and that i'm weird for needing so much..
On a Weekday i need to have 8 Hours sleep otherwise i feel tired all day...
So i got to bed a 11pm on a weeknight and wake at 7am to get ready for work.
But on a weekend i go to bed at 11pm and end up waking up at around 10.30 - 11 am, it as though i don't have a properly working body clock
Is any one else like this ?
and does anyone know how much sleep we actually need ?
