how much time to do planes stay on the ground?

There's space to park up but don't expect to be able to pick who leaves first...

If you don't want to go park them go find some nice towers.. Yeah

I do wonder if all planes in world could be on ground also. Wonder what heathrows capacity is compared to % of planes active

There is very little capacity for extra traffic at Heathrow. Diversions to Heathrow are usually only accepted in the event of an emergency.

America own a lot of planes (probably way more than anybody else) but were able to ground them all.
Somebody stated earlier that it couldn't be done irrespective if it's one country or all of them.
It is a myth that you can't get all planes down on the ground.

did they recall outbound flights that were already out of the country cause if not that's a huge amount of traffic not included along with inbound flights that were still hours out and could divert?

May well be a myth but it's one they tell us at work every time they need a "fun fact" for some dry presentation.
