Girlfriend of a few months has invited me to her sister's wedding. Don't want to seem stingy, but don't want to go overboard either.

How much would you give?

£50 is probably right for the situation, if you knew them better then it'd be more, it'd be less if you weren't screwing someone who'll basically be a part of the wedding (well wanted to keep screwing them)

Between £50 and £100 should be fine. Get the gf to help pick though

Edit: forget the last part, I realised you are just giving them the money LOL silly me

As much as you can afford. At the moment, I would never give anyone a £50 let alone £100 present. There isn't a right or wrong amount, just make sure it's a good present; or a toaster.

£50 it is then. He's Scottish so he'll appreciate I've gone to the trouble of giving him one of the new ones with a Scottish chap on it...

Apparently, they don't have a wedding list. So cash seems to be the gift of choice.
why would a couple send seperate presents ?
I believe her and her other sister bought the bride a digital SLR, as they're going on safari in the new year.
