30. Last saw my mum in August and not planning on seeing her again until she has a personality transplant. Wish I could see my Dad more but he is massively under the thumb.
How old are you and how often do you see your parents?

37, live about 100 miles away from them, and about once a month. Go to Norwich for the weekend, see some friends, drink some coffee and so on.
We see the other half's mum at the same time normally, she lives the other side of Norwich. Her dad is a but trickier, he's on the coast. Generally only see him 3 or 4 times a year.

It's amusing how this thread divides broadly into two groups who each both don't really "get" the other... i.e. those that live close to their family (within the distance for an easy one-day/afternoon visit) and those that live further away (where a visit means multiple hours travelling each way)
