Just found out that a fellow from another forum posted somebody else's work as his own.
I'm actually was quite good opinion of this guy before, and he posted photo in question some time age taking a credit for it... I was looking through deviantart gallery this morning and came across this photograph. Looking back I can see now that it was the best photograph he ever posted, how sad.

Anyone I would know? Do tell. :) But yeah, thats pretty desperate when you have to use someone elses work to make you look better amongst your peers. You would also have thought that it would be pretty obvious that you would get caught out sometime, especially with something like Photography.

I had it a while ago with a friend of mine. He asked for some full sized images of some wildlife pics I took in wales. Never thought much about it, until they were then hosted on his site. I didnt wanna fall out over it, but am very careful since then. He gets watermarked images from now on hehe.

I did name him.
Here is the link ,but forum is Russian ;) Its about games mostly and very little interest in photography.
I was actually boiling here, cant believe people would do such thing

some people.. find it easyer as they cannot do it themselves.

so they think its ok to steal others work.

that and, they fail at life... haha.
i allways love to view others work, they give me inspiration to create my own, not steal theres.. i dunno why people steal work.

is it not more enjoyable knowing something you created is your own.

So the other images he has posted on the forum arent as good as what is in the DA gallery? That's not proof, has he admitted to this or is there more substantial evidence? Not having a go at you, just want to be sure he really is a thieving lowlife scum before I judge :p

Well he removed initials on the photograph and his photographs nowhere near as good as DA guy.
Really disappointed.
