How to block ad cookies - Firefox addon?

Just done a scan with SUPERantispyware and found a bunch of ad cookies. E.g [email protected][1].txt.

Is there an addon or someway I can block these permanently?

Also, SUPERantispyware is the greatest spyware/malware removal tool i've used out of the lot! It's highly recommended!

(Please don't reply saying that there is a better antispyware tool out there which blocks these cookies! )

Seen adblockplus but by the looks if it, and past adblockers i've used basically destroy a webpage and make it look empty.

But i've installed this and it's working great!

Also had to add some exceptions as a few sites were totally messed up with this enabled.
