How to choose which monitor programs start up?

I'd like to run games on my second monitor as its bigger and looks better for games but programs and games start up on monitor 1. How do I make programs/games start up on the second monitor?

Easiest way would be to make monitor 2 your primary?

I only really want a few games to start up on screen two. I want to keep monitor one for everything else.

ultramon used to have this feature but I believe it is a licenced app.

I think the nvidia control panel may have had it in the advanced options.
