How to create a video presentation like "Did you know?"

Hi,

Does anyone know what software was used to create a presentation like this?

I'm thinking Flash. There must be something more simple though.

Gaaaaa - I knew it.

Last year I had to buy CS4 - and I got the web premium version. Half way through the year I realised I needed the design standard. Now I need the one bit I haven't got.

Oh well, trip to the adobe store I guess.

If you have Premiere and Photoshop you could do it with them.
