Hi guys, just need a spot of advice on something.
My mam is actually the main policy holder on my car (but dont go there), on the main basis that both me and my dad want her to use the thing, and she just isnt. The car was supposed to be a run around for the two of us, but she aint used it in the month ive owned it. Whenever we go for a short run to the shops, literally at the otehr end of the estate ill always ask her to drive as its a near empty road, and she always refuses.
My dads a bit like Mrs Bucket from TV with a 'mind the padestrian on the pavement' kinda attitude, which once my dad got a brand new car hes really knocked her confidence, to the point she wont drive. She wont go out with my dad and she says she will come out with me at some point until shes used to driving again, but im new to the roads too, so id rather she went out with my dad as im still getting used to the car myself.
Any ideas what I can do to just try to encourage her back behind the wheel again? paying for a few lessons for her with an instructor isnt going to happen.
