Right, so here's my problem:
A while ago, I noticed in the Racing Post that a company called BetNow were offering betting via text messaging, and all new clients recieved £15 (5 x £3) bets free, so I signed up to it. Had a few winning bets, and ended up with £28.80 in winnings. To get your money out, BetNow use a service called LUUP, where they transfer your money to them, and LUUP transfer it to your bank account, ideal stuff I thought, should be a doddle..
Or not, as the case might be.. I registered my bank details with them, registered a card with them, and tried to withdraw the funds, but it wouldn't let me. It took a small fee (50-odd pence), which is refunded when it's been verified to your account. You enter this amount in as a code, so they know it's yours. I did this, but it told me the number was wrong, so I tried again, and again, and it then told me my account was disabled!
I contacted them, they apologised for the balls-up, and promised that my account was now unblocked, along with the card registered to the bank account. This has not happened, and i've emailed them, and no less than 10 emails later, all promising the same result, nothing has happened. It might only be a shade under £30, but its MY £30, and I could do with that! There's no contact phone number, only email addresses for them, and they're offering no solution or help at all. What can I do to get my money off them?
