How to move files from one memory to another for a k750i

I just got a new 1G memory stick pro duo for my K750i, what is the quickest way of transfering some files that is already on the 64mb that it came with it across without sending everything over bluetooth all over again?

My PC doesn't seem to recognise the 64mb stick when plugged in using a memory card adaptor.

Could you not do it by plugging the K750i into the PC, copying the files and then putting the new card in and copying back?

do i need to install any software for that?

No. The PC will recognize it as any other storage device and install it automatically (like pendrives).
