How to win an election: misdirection and lies!

Apparently the Republicans are using auto-diallers to phone voters with misinformation such as the wrong polling info or telling them they are not eligible to vote so they don't vote (I'd assume somehow they target people they know to be democrat voters). The article claims its common practice. Surely that's highly illegal, unscrupulous and a bit shady? If the vote was monitored by the UN wouldn't they cry foul at this one?

Im sure the Democrats are probably doing the same thing as well but targetting republican voters rather than democrat voters lol.
Either way it still stinks and doesnt seem fair but then tell me when has politics ever been fair??

Yes. The phone thing is being investigated in Virginia
No. The democrats did not do something similar.
Yes. It is voting fraud.
No. This isn't a democracy. Most aren't because they don't operate on a transparent free market, rendering the whole system redundent.
