Apparently the Republicans are using auto-diallers to phone voters with misinformation such as the wrong polling info or telling them they are not eligible to vote so they don't vote (I'd assume somehow they target people they know to be democrat voters). The article claims its common practice. Surely that's highly illegal, unscrupulous and a bit shady? If the vote was monitored by the UN wouldn't they cry foul at this one?
