How to work my central heating

So erm, I suspect I'm going to get a bit of a flaming here :mad:

. But I have no idea how to work the central heating in my flat, and well, it's a tad cold today. I hardly ever use it as I just put on a jumper if it's a bit cold normally

There's two little clock type things (branded Grossun? or something like that) - which seems to make sense as I have two radiators. It's all electric heating if that helps - :confused:

Can someone explain what I'm supposed to do with them?

Take a picture of the clock type things and it'll speed this up greatly.

Thanks yeah I just noticed I was browsing that when Dark_Angel flagged the hotlink. Flicked them into "manual on" but nothing seems to be happening.
