HP DC7600 video card

The cards RJC suggested will do just fine then. One connection is DVI, which can be easily converted to VGA with the supplied adapter, but you might need a HDMI -> VGA adapter too since the supplied low profile backplate may require you to disconnect the VGA ribbon.
 
Judging from the diagrams on HP's site, as long as you replace the backplate with the low profile one, it will fit just fine. You might be able to use the onboard, but it depends if HP's BIOS allows it. Sometimes the BIOS will lock the onboard GPU when it detects a discrete GPU and you can't re-enable it.
