Got to laugh at how many HDUK forum members are asking about why would you buy a French Touchpad and how would you use it since it's in a foreign language and the charger will have the wrong plug :D

Still will be classed as UK

If not I have no problem in getting them my work has a depot in dublin but if they ship to northern ireland ok there is no trouble!

Is there an IE link?

Made my HP "Dodgy" Link Purchase on the 24/08/2011 and is still pending.

I also ordered a Touchstone 31/08/2011 and it now says backorder ETA 13/09/2011.

I dont want the Touchstone without the Touchpad!

Greebo if you do manage to get some more in, i hope all these people who joined the forums in August/September wont be at the top of the list, in fact members market access should be a must.

I would only sell via MM anyway (rules) as I have with the ones I have sold via these forums.
 
@ Psycho Sunny I accept that I dont have enough posts to qualify for MM, but I accept that Grrebo can not sell to me, but I would argue that I have helped out more than probably some members who will be able to buy from MM..

After all who provided the FNAC link!!

It is not a problem, but I dont like all this I am more worthy than you stuff!

If for some reason Welshdragon did not take your offer, can l be first in line? He/she might be on holliday, heaven knows l need one with all these HP palaver.

It's in France and they were listed to get about 3000 touchpads. They won;t deliver to UK but will to Ireland and loads of people have bought from them successfully.

Good firesale prices as well.

Surely there must be some EU/EC rules that make that illegal, currency exchange would be handled by payment method, I wonder if they deliver to other non Euro countries. I'm probably missing a simple explanation as to why they won't deliver to the UK.

there may be some genuine guys out there that get caught in the crossfire, but you can see my point if people join up to these forums, just to get one, because they got a tip off Greebo on here got a load of 200 in and was selling to forum members.

it's only right that older members get priority tbh.

a bit like all the people opening pcworld business accounts just to order a touchpad, pcworld are right to refuse them and give their old repeat loyal customers the priority treatment.
