Can anyone log into their online facilities at the moment?

I get an error message telling me I've clicked a wrong link (suggesting it's my fault) and then in the next sentence it says they're trying to fix the problem (suggesting it's their problem after all)
 
Dont get me started, been on hold for 10 mins now, they said my code wernt working, so had to ring them and the sec code wernt working, then the guys system was down so i couldnt reset my code, so he said i had to call back, so i have done, its all working fine :S and now i can log into my online banking...

so no codes changed, but i lost my card, so i requested a new one, but what they didnt tell me is that due to the card bveing cancelled i have lost my security code on the the back ot the card so i cant make any online transactions, i have to wait til tuesday to go get my new card... so i can use online purchases and things like that...

Edit - They've confirmed there is a problem with the online facilities.

Had problems logging in with my security code this morning so had to ring up and reset it. Got straight through on the phone, no problems.
 
I can log on.
But there online service is becoming a joke IMO.
Every week I have to ring up to unlock my account.
They keep blocking the bloody thing.

That might be the same issue as i had today, ring them and reques to change yur security code...

I think that might sort it..
 
Well what you need to do is get on the phone n tell them to upgrade your account to a normal currant account and get a maestro card..
