HTPC , connected by HDMI to plasma = overscan issue

Hi Folks,
I just tried an DVI -> HDMI cable from the PC to my plasma screen and I noticed
that the screen picture is about 2inches wider around the outside ( ie some of the display is outside the screen area)

When I use the other output of my 8800gtx via vga it fits the screen exactly

Can anyone shed any light on this ?

There should be some overscan adjustment somewhere in the 8800gtx drivers control panel...

Mucked about with the nvidia control panel but could not locate that :-(

Iam using driver version 163.75

There are no overscan options for the 8800gtx due to HDCP issues. There is a patch on nzone which enables alterations to fix overscan and scaling but it breaks HDCP>
