HTPC motherboard - HD PERFORMANCE NOT NEEDED

What intel core 2 duo motherboard for a HTPC do people recommend?

Its going to be paired with a e6300, 2gb GEIL DDR2 mem.

Ideally intergrated graphics, or else I will need to buy a GPU.

HD playback isnt really needed as we have a stand alone blu-ray player.

What do peeps suggest? Cheaper the better...

Price, HDMI output? ATX or Micro ATX?

ATX or m-atx, doesn't matter.

HDMI output, depends on price. Will need to hook it upto my av reciever for vid/sound but I do have a 8600GT lying around but only has DVI.

As for price - I don't wanna pay thorugh the nose for no reason, I only wanna watch divx after all. Ideally circa £50

If you just want to play DivX videos and price is an issue then why not get a DVD player capable of playing DivX/xVid files? One can be had for ~£50. You don't mention you'll be doing anything else with the PC (Internet browsing, listning to music, etc) So I'm assuming you won't need it for any other purpose.

I have tried the divx dvd player before and its not 100% reliable. Thats why I built a HTPC.

**** it think i'll buy a zotac 9300 mini-itx board and one of those in-win cases.
