Well it depends what sort of "moaning" you are talking about.

The register did an artivcle about an american company making "real dolls" that were very very realistic with skeletons and silicon of different densities. You could even send them a photo and they would copy it !

The best thing was the way they suggested putting it in a warm bath for an hour or so so that the doll was at body heat !
