Hypothetical Insurance Question (Almost a reality lol)

Okay, so im coming off a duel carriage way... Heres a nice Diagram.. I love Paint.. Linky(Make sure you Zoom)

Now from these set of lights.. just after I get over the junction.. i notice that theres a 206 Behind me gettin really close.. and at the black dot, I signal left and at the pink I drop to Second.. and start round the corner.. now this 206 was proper close behind me.. i even saw them slam their brakes on to avoid slamming into the back of me.. now as I thought I had run over some glass I had decided to go into a little side road to check my tyers incase they had been punctured.. and at the point of the green line and bare in mind I am still signalling to turn left again, she nearlly goes into me again as I saw her slam her brakes on again..

Now if she had gone into me there, whos fault would have it been if there had been an accident?

Hers because you are supposed to keep a safe distance from the car infront. She would have gone into the back of you so it's her fault.

She'd have ran into the back of you - 99.99% of the time it's always the other persons fault, regardless of how late you braked.
