My Yeti is 10 years old and it's time to change it. I do a very low mileage, about 3000 miles per year, primarily local travel with the odd long journey, so I don't need a fancy car. And I don't need an expensive car sitting depreciating. The Hyundai Bayon caught my eye and having checked that I can fit (in an i20) I'll be taking one for a test drive on Monday, possibly followed by the i20. I'll be buying new or nearly new. So I'd appreciate people's thoughts and experiences.

My in laws have a Bayon and they've been happy with it. I haven't driven it so can only give thoughts as a passenger. The engine seems a bit rougher at idle than I expected but alright once on the move. The infotainment is largely pretty responsive and the physical control are pretty well laid out. Enough room for 4 average height adults (not sure about taller people in the back).

Hope that helps. :)

I've had my i20 since late 2019 and done 45k miles in it currently sitting at 58k, it's been spot on.
No issues or money has needed spending on it other than normal servicing and some brake discs/pads.

I keep looking at upgrading to a brand new one but it's hard to justify when there's nothing wrong with this one :o
