I bought mass effect via EA store but i cant download it again :(

How can i download the game i bought of EA again? im in my account and it doesnt say i have any games...when i bought mass effect from it.

ea manager doesnt seem to be letting me log in

just tried activating the game on EA again but its not vaild...i have the receipt and everything

as said i cant log in. Its greyed out and i cant select settings because it just redirects me to where iwant to download. when i press ok and i click anything else it just directs me to where i want the download to be.

It says im offline to be exact.

Is your firewall stopping EADM connecting?

nope. Both firewalls i have are off.

Hmm, well check your firewalls (including Windows fireweall) have C:\program files\electronic arts\eadm\core.exe added to its ok list.

If they don't, add it as an exception. If that doesn't work, uninstall, and reinstall the latest EADM
