...and got paint in it. Is it dangerous? I washed it but there's still paint in the cut which is fairly big/deep, it bled quite a lot when I did it. Does paint still have lead in it?

No, it doesn't have lead in it (mostly) but depending on whether its an oil or water based paint, it can have some very nasty stuff in it. Get it checked out.
