You can get them, yes (assuming ou have standard connections on your camcorder).
I'v had a look and cant see any on the OcUK site. The thing you want is called "dazzle" and its made by "pinnacle". I cant link on here, but google will help you.

Assuming your VCR has a scart connection (I can't see it not) then you need a video card with a composit or SVideo input, I can't see any on OCUK but they are easy enough to find on a well known auction site and pretty cheep.
Get an adaptor that you plug into the scart socket of your VCR, connect it up to the video card and record away with the video editing software of your choice. You'll probably need to record in real time though...
