Seriously, I get one every 3weeks or so and they mostly always turn out bad.

The guy I go to is probably the best one around (I tried the others, and unless you ask for a french crop they laugh at you).

Right now I look like a pine-apple, its annoying, I feel like people are laughing at me lol. Even though my sis didnt say anything....blah

Ill have to wait a week for it to grow a bit now, damnit.

:(

you know the part where they say " does this look ok sir " your supposed to say no if you aint happy with it ;)

they cant read your mind and get the exact style you want unless you tell em

I hate having haircuts too :p It's mostly because you have to try to make conversation I think :D I never know what I want doing either, usually end up saying something like 'Just take a bit off please'.

same here :p then every time they finish " a bit more please " :o

Hate getting haircuts myself.......never know what i want. I dont enjoy sitting listening to what some fat bint did at the weekend,or how she nearly crashed her suzuki jimmy.....or her time in magaluf!

Gonna get an appointment with my dads hairdresser, quite a decent place and you ask to have your cut with who you want.

I used to go every two weeks until I got the confidence to cut my own hair. Saves me money and time :)

I used to have a mild phobia about having my hair cut, and hence it used to grow so long that my fringe would literally be handing down in my eyes so I'd have to brush it away with my hand every few mins :) I would get it cut about 3 times a year with a side parting because I had no idea what else to ask for really. Actually these days if I still looked like that I would probably be able to post a few black&white pix on Myspace and get a flock of Emo followers :p

My phobia was so bad that I would get really worried about going in the barbers, sometimes I would walk into town to get it cut, look in the window, say "ah there's people waiting, no point going in" and walk back home again!

I'm a bit better now, although my gf usually still has to bully me into going to the barbers. At least now I have a contemporary style grade3 which is a bit shorter.

My emo-gauge just went to 11 :D ;)

I hate hair cuts because of the bloody long wait. There are a choice of 2 with in walking distance. One where it costs £5.50 and there are about 8 people waiting and there is only one of her there. All the council house people go there and last time there was a baby who needed their nappy changed.

The other one is £9.50 there is usually about 3 or 4 people waiting and a film to watch. The wait is just as long because they take so long on each person. They cut about 2 hairs a time here with the teethed scissors things.

I don't mind trying to participate in conversation or going to get a hair cut. The cut is OK and good respectively. Just waiting over an hour really ****** me off. :(

French crop is short on back and sides and longer on top. Not sure how it is different to just saying that though...

Btw. always asked for it to be blended if they don't do it automatically.

Well he showed me it and I thought it looked alright, its always when I get home and Im like, wow, what happened there.

I think ill try cutting it abit myself, this could go horribly wrong....

Wish me luck :)

Don't have any problem with having haircuts :p Go about every 4/6 weeks @ £17 a time (thats with student discount), and I get to choose who cuts it! And you get refreshments aswell while your there! "Coffee, Decaffeinated Coffee, selection of Fruit Teas, Red Wine, White Wine, Beer, Filtered Water, Squash"

Oh, and the first word of "French Crop" puts me off that!, and also a no2 is too short!

i love getting my hair cut. i dont know about everyone esle here but i find it incredibly relaxing

i always get the same hair cut though. i would like to experiment i guess but im one of those people who always goes with the safe option, that being 'back and sides 3 and a trim on top'.

i think in 50 years time i will still have the same hair cut :D
