It's weird, I've never had a problem with any of the staff or services. The music is annoying tho :/
I had hot food and tea on the way back from Italy last time, the tea was very good and the chilli con carne I had was gorgeous, scottish beef and no E numbers etc.
We chose priority boarding, which let me casually walk onto the plane and choose a seat where I could see the wing and stuff.
Overall it was a good flying expirience and I wouldn't hesitate to choose them again. I really don't see the point in spending more unless your going to spend a lot more and go business class or something, especially to Europe where your only in the air for a few hours.
And, I wasn't asked to clean the plane up? Although I didn't leave any crap behind as I'm not a chav.
