Please help, lol, they both sound like very good coolers. The Ultra-120 apparently is better than the Ninja but then, so is the new Infinity HS. I've always used Thermalright HS and have alwasy been pleased with the quality and performance (currently using the XP-120).The new Ultra-120 is also slightly lighter than the Infinity. The Ultra-120 even beats the Noctua HS according to neoseekers review.

So big question, which would you go for? I'm leaning towards staying with Thermalright and trying out the Ultra-120. But I don't know if I need to order a backing plate for my DFI mobo?!
