I just purchased some gear need help

Ok I purchased a Asus ROG Strix Z270E Gaming Intel Z270 (Socket 1151) DDR4 ATX Motherboard which I have just found out uses Duel channel ddr4 problem is I also have Avexir Blitz Original Silver 32GB (4x8GB) DDR4 PC4-25600C16 3200MHz Quad Channel Memory Kit on its way.. Will the quad channel work in the duel channel slots??????

Yeah it'll be fine, you can just use 2 sticks if you want and sell the other 2.
