Yeah, that's the problem I have. VERY annoying really, I don't see why they couldn't, even if it was a refurbished model. Doing without an Xbox360 for around a month would murder me.

I'm guessing the reason they dont do it is because you could strip the guts out of it and give the courier a empty case with a brick inside it

The courier won't want to check the contents of every package when picking up. Then they get the argument of "It was fine when I sent it off"

It seems to have speeded up again now the return time.
