hi my gigabyte p67uda board was going great untill i put is on to day and it said no master boot record so i put the windows 7 disc in and started from cdrom and i forgot to press enter and the computer went into windows but it wont if i start it from the hardrive in the bois

check that your hard disks are properly connected and working properly, you might have a damaged cable or bad sectors on your hard disk mate

i am using a 128gb ssd for windows

Try a different SATA port, and a different cable first. if you have a different HDD to try, use that and hopefully you can work out if it's your SSD or mobo that's the problem.
