I need a little help, motherboard dying

I have a problem with the Motherboard on my PC, on board LAN and a couple of USB ports failed, so my question is do I simple try and find a replacement motherboard that will permit me to keep my memory & CPU etc, Recommendations please, or do I need to dump the lot and start over.

I have not updated my PC for several years.

Lian Li case

1 x Intel i7-2600k Retail CPU

1 x Gigabyte GA-P67A-UD4 B3 motherboard

1 x Noctua DH-14 Cooler

Radeon R9 280X Graphics Card

1 x Kingston Hyper X 8GB 1600mhz Kit

ANY help / advice would be more than welcome

If your happy with your pc performance then the cheapest option is to replace the motherboard unless you fancy a new system.

No your going to have to look at used market ti see whats avdilble, you want a socket 1155 motherboard.

You could always buy a LAN adapter and USB adapter if you are otherwise happy with the board.

So for example:
