I need a new OS HD...plus alittle advice..

Following from a previous thread where I suspected my WD Cavier has developed faults

i kept getting these types of errors
The device, \Device\Ide\IdePort3, did not respond within the timeout period.

and

An error was detected on device \Device\Harddisk0\D during a paging operation.

I assume this means the HD is unstable.

So I need a new one but cant afford a Raptor right now.

So WOuld like a good small sized (its just for the OS really) Hd recommenddation please and thank yous.

Hitachi Deskstar 7K160 NCQ 160GB SATA-II 8MB

Looks good for the money, have seen other good reviews about them too.

hmmmm would like to buy new, dont really need the space as i have two other HDs which really hold all my stuff.

Want new as to reomve any dought about what condition the Hd is in
if you get my meaning.
