I have a craving to make some music... apart from "eJay" (unless it's gotten a lot better) what can I use to make some? 
Maybe a program that you can use to make decent sounding drum beats and import .wav and .mp3 files..? And with some nice synth sounds? Anyone know of a good one that you don't need to spend days figuring out?
I played guitar for a couple years and piano for a few years so I'm capable, it's just knowing what to use
