Just saw the new Superman film. It was dire - right from the complete over use of unconvincing CG, to the ridiculous story. I wonder why Spacey chose to act in this one.

I think money might have been the motivation for Kev, as for the film, not up to much at all, I agree.

Can't say I thought the film was that bad, but it lacked any sense of spectacle, which for a superman film is not good.

The best bit of the whole film is when the music kicks in in the opening titles....was downhill from there really

Another overly long movie, that sucks sweaty piles is "Children of Men".
It was so rubbish, and plot thought out by the OcUK GD.

The worst aspect was Louis Lanes acting.

I thought Superman and the musical score for it were actually pretty good.

Missed it in the cinema, however got the DVD for Christmas.
I really enjoyed it.

Really enjoyed this film! Thought Spacey was excellent.

The film seems to demand a second watching as I enjoyed it much more when watching it at home on DVD rather than at the cinema... for some reason!
