Quite pleased with the results of 12 months change in lifestyle. Intending to get down to about 160-165lbs before race season starts :)
 
Awesome work. Do you feel it's been worth it?

Oh god yes! I used to be into cycling as a teenager/early twenties, then along came a wife, kids, and a load of excuses to live a fat sedatory life. I forgot what a fantastic natural drug exercise and pushing yourself can be.

I've done a few sportives this year, and registered for the Etap du Dales, which is 112 miles and pretty tough with 3500M of climbing. Planning on doing more of these this year, as well as Time Trials and the odd local race.
