No, gross vehicle weight is exactly that, the gross vehicle weight.

IE the maximum weight of it loaded with people and carpet samples.

I actually quite like it, does seem quite a lot of car for the money, but saying that 20k these days gets you an awful lot of car for sure.

So is it twin turbo or single turbo?

I was talking with one of the mechanics at our local vauxhall dealer, said they've had 3 of these in for warranty work already. Not that many, but then they've only sold 5.

Thats good then, very little to no lag I'd presume, only downfall is as Fox mentioned means it feels more like 250 horses as there is no real turbo surge, still no slouch at all.

Looks great and very fun to drive. But I do agree that it feels heavy which means it doesn't feel like it has 300 + brake.

And £80 for 320 miles.... ouch!!!

Do we know this for sure? I'd have thought having a different gearbox and thus 4WD system, they'd have a stronger clutch in the Insignia.
