Running i7 3930K, with intention for an new card, But what's on my mind is Bottlenecking.

Looking at cards that will work well that won't bottleneck! I know it does happen for my GPU that I have now but with higher new cards it will bottleneck the CPU. What is an good percentage to stay at with out being to high in Bottlenecking. Then again no idea if RTX 2070 will Bottleneck.

I don't do much OC!
If you're getting the RTX 2070 i would consider getting your hands dirty as the extra Hz will reduce any bottleneck - 4GHz-4.2GHz would be a nice boost. But, the reality is you won't have anything to compare it to so you would be ignorant of any bottlenecking(sic).

Even with bottleneck it's still a worthy upgrade for gaming. Certainly gives you time to breathe and weigh up the ryzen 2 release.

I had GTX 1070 in a 2500K @1440p - totally reinvigorated the system and i was unaware of any bottleneckng which would have occurred in some instances.
