i7-6950X CPU9 running at 100%

Hey guys... Ive noticed that on all games now CPU9 runs at between 98%-100% While playing Call of Duty WW2 and Battlefield one... is this down to the DRM/Protection?

I am going to try other games but its a bit strange as other CPU's are on like 12% for example and CPU9 is maxed out...

I dont think Ive noticed this before and I think its a new thing

Any ideas?

Disable the turbo boost 3.0 in the device manager and delete the drivers. It was poorly implemented with Broadwell and can cause cpu usage problems in both apps and games.
