I don't think she should be allowed to return, who is to say she hasn't planned something and upon returning will eventually commit a terrorist attack? How can we be sure, how can wed trust this woman? Just because she was under 18 at the time has no bearing in my opinion, it should be total refusal, letting people back in these situation is just further opening this country up to further terrorism.
