Thinking of migrating from Nildram to IDnet. They seem to offer purely BT Wholesale services (including ADSL2+) but with fairly generous bandwidth allowances.

Is anyone here with them? Are they good?

Is migrating from LLU to BT Wholesale still a nightmare like it once was?

It depends if it's full LLU or SMPF, i.e. whether they've taken your voice service too.
They're generally decent.

They are one of the better ISPs... they had some issues provisioning 21CN/WBC product but I think thats all sorted now. Personally I think their peak time bandwidth allowance is a bit tight but if thats enough for you they should be great.

My voice line is still with BT. Nildram pretty much migrated my line to LLU in January last year and it was a "like it or lump it" affair. So does that mean it's partial LLU (SMPF)?

Thanks

Yes. Should just be a case of getting a MAC and off you go. Slightly extended downtime but no real hassle.

I've been with them for a while, both broadband and phone, had no complaints, they're a bit pricey but tbh not having to deal with BT and having good support is something I am happy to pay for.

A1 in my opinion. Granted they arent the cheapest, but its very easy to get a problem resolved if anything goes wrong, and often problems are sorted without hours of pointless and undirected diagnostics.
