If i change the timings so that when i increase the FSB until my clock speed reaches 2.88ghz and my ram runs at 800mhz, which is what it runs as if it is not overclocked at all.
The reason for this is my ram is pretty bottom dollar!
i think its Micron major DDR2 800mhz pc6200 4gb.
Cheers.

No, You can put your FSB to 400 and multiplier 7 = 2800Mhz
your ram will run 400 x 2 = 800 Mhz, on stock volts and timings. Not stressed.

Try 400x8 :D >CPU at 3.2Ghz

Might have to boost the CPU voltage a bit...but RAM will still run at its rated speed. If you are unsure about RAM timings etc...just set them to Auto...and they will deafult to the rating timings at 400Mhz.
