No, thank you. I'd much rather live in a civilisation. I like the benefits that come from having cities. I bet you do too - would you like to do without technology and education other than survival skills and the oral history of your tribe? Everything else stems from having cities and the farming that's needed to support them.
Also, I'm not fond of the idea of reducing the human population down to millions and that would be necessary if people were to live as hunter-gatherers again. It takes a lot of space to live that lifestyle.
