What would it be and why?

I would want heat-vision. The ability to cook food by looking at it would never grow old.

I could even squint slightly at a woman to get her to strip from the heat so everyone's a winner.

Don't be silly guys, telekinesis is head and shoulders the best super power. Not only can you move things of any size, you can fly (by moving yourself), be invincible (by covering yourself in a force barrier to prevent damage), essentially teleport (by moving yourself really quickly), amongst many others.
