If you lived in a tent ?

Wasn't there a guy a while ago who got sacked from his job in local government in London because he was living in a tent in Epping Forest. He had a permanent address in Wales, but chose to live rough during the week to save himself some money. Something like that anyway.

If you own (or formally rent) the land, surely you can register an address with your local authority. That gets you onto Royal Mail, electoral roll etc. From then on it should be the same as any other address.
